You can return the product you have purchased without opening the package, using it, or allowing it to deteriorate within 14 days from the date of the sales invoice. Returns of products whose original boxes have been damaged, have lost their ability to be offered for resale, and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. Products must be returned complete and undamaged, together with their standard accessories, if any. Before returning your returned products, please send a message stating the reason for return and including your invoice number and order number to our e-mail address or to our communication (customer service) department. Customer service will contact you via the e-mail you sent and you will be informed how to return the product. The transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by the consumer.
In order to detect a damaged product during transportation, open the order that arrives at your door in the presence of the cargo officer and compare it with the invoice. Check if there is an error, deficiency, or damage. In case of damage or deficiency in the product you have purchased, indicate it in the report you will keep with the help of the cargo officer and deliver the product to the cargo officer. Otherwise, it will be accepted that you have received the product completely and the return process will not be carried out. Returns of products sent without receipt, invoice and record are not accepted by our company. Our company will take action to refund the product price to the customer's credit card within 14 days following the receipt of these documents. (Note: This site is not responsible for any problems caused by the bank in product returns.) If you request, you can get another product of the same or equivalent value instead of your product that was damaged during transportation.
For defective products that were not noticed during delivery and occurred in the application of the product, please send a message including your invoice and order numbers to our e-mail address or by using the contact section. If the customer service deems the reason you sent appropriate, it will send the product you received together with your invoice to the company for testing. If no defect is seen in the tested product in the report received from the company as a result of the examination, a doctor's report explaining the allergy status is requested from the consumer. If the doctor's report received is delivered to customer service, another product at the same price or a payment cancellation transaction is carried out according to the consumer's request.
The transportation costs of the returned product will be covered by us in case of defective products.
